Hi, I’m Leili (she/her).

Welcome! I'm a multidisciplinary strategist specializing in people engagement, external and internal communications, and organizational development. My experience includes:

I take a highly collaborative, human-centered design approach to project development. With a Master of Leadership, Organizational Learning & Effectiveness and 15 years of communications experience, I help you meet your audience's needs for growth and belonging.

I also have a certificate in nonprofit communications and am Dare to Lead™ Trained. A decade ago, I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training, taught studio classes, and provided workplace instruction.

I am a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum - Mountain Valley Chapter Class XXII and alumna of Leadership Sacramento ‘17.

I am based in Sacramento, California on Nisenan land.
